We ship worldwide directly from our warehouse. Here's exactly what to expect.
Delivery times & costs

Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched, not the date you placed it.
Order processing time
Before your order ships, it goes through our warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days of processing time on top of the delivery estimate above.
So in total, expect your order in roughly 10–15 business days from the day you place it.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. Pre-orders follow the same processing and delivery times once they're ready to ship.
Customs & duties
Nothing extra at the door. All customs fees and import duties are fully covered by us (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Important: double-check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order — including your full street address, house/apartment number, postcode, and phone number. Incorrect addresses are the most common reason for failed deliveries, and we're unable to refund orders lost due to wrong address details.
If you spot a mistake after placing your order, email us immediately at hello@dorelle.com with your order number. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch — but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been picked.
Haven't received your order?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order hasn't moved in over 5 business days, contact us at hello@dorelle.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

The shipping fee is calculated based on your order total after any discounts are applied.
