Returns

We get it — sometimes things just don't work out. No stress, here's how it works.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request. That's it. After 14 days, we can't offer a return or refund.


How to return

  1. Email us at returns@dorelle.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll send you a return label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

A flat return fee of 75 kr will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label. That's the only fee — no restocking fees, no hidden charges.


Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we've processed your return, allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank. We'll send you an email as soon as your refund is on its way.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased with store credit
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Wrong or faulty item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@dorelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it at no cost to you.
