Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
How to Track
- Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Dorélle.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually.
- Your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5‱0 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@dorelle.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately at hello@dorelle.com. We will do our best to update this before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been picked.
