How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Klarna.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@dorelle.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team and we'll resend it.
