How long do I have to make a return?
You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.
If your order consists of multiple shipments, the return period begins on the date you receive the last shipment.
Holiday Return Policy
For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, returns can be made within 30 days from the date you received all your items.
Conditions
All items must be unworn and in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Swimwear must be fully intact — incomplete stickers will not be accepted.
- Items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
- The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Hygiene items such as panties and accessories (except scarves) cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@dorelle.se to initiate a return request.
- Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions provided and submit the return request.
- Ship the items back to our warehouse using the provided return label or your own shipping method.
Tips:
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.
- You may request a return for multiple items at one time to avoid additional return shipping fees.
- Please make sure to initiate a return request before mailing back your items. We do not accept returned items without a return request.
How to Ship Your Item(s) Back
Once your return is approved, ship the package to our warehouse address provided in the return confirmation email.
Don't forget to update your package tracking in our system — otherwise we won't be able to identify which return package is yours.
Please allow 5-25 business days for the package to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the distance between your location and our warehouse.
Where is My Refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
- If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the respective account within 5 business days.
- If you paid using a gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card to your store credit.
⚠ Note: If an order is purchased through store credit from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
Additional Information
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment. You can place a new order and initiate a return — your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
Final Sale
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
